1. 500 g smooth flour
2. 1 egg
3. pinch of salt
4. Vanilla Sugar
5. 250 ml Poppy Milk
6. Dried yeast whole
7. Crust from one lemon, grated
8. 100 g of melted chilled butter
8. 80 g of sugar
Procedure:
Mix everything so that the dough should not stick to the edges of the dish,
leave to soak for 1h in a warm place.
After an hour, roll out the dough to 1 cm of thickness and cut into squares then
fill and pack :) Enjoy your meal! :)
